As of today, I feel like my family is reduced to my children and my computer where I have all my pictures, music, sisters, parents, friends and everyone else. Sad isn’t it? it seems like this machine has my whole life in it, and I’m not the only one living like this for sure.
Even though I don’t like being with people, I have a lot of live contact with them, for example, I cannot stop kissing my children, they became almost adults but as I used to annoy them with my hugs and kisses since they appeared in this planet, they are accustomed to the smooches, at least 4 kisses per day. That’s the rule.
And jumping back to the “family” subject: my kids’ dad…he is something special, sometimes when I see him I believe in angels, who else is going to love me like that? he must be sick, most of the time I cannot even stand myself! how can he do that? Conclusion: he loves me and until today I do not believe I can live without his care.
Family, family, not as complicated as everyone think, my mother and sisters that are far away from me, if not for the social media help we all are forgotten. But tomorrow we have a date, mom, my middle sister and I, we’ll have tea and talk non sense for 3 hours, one of my favorite things to do (the tea part).
That’s all for my “family” thoughts today, maybe tomorrow I would include you in the topic. If I feel like it.
Learning at this age
What age?!! nothing to do with age, color, or size… well the size is a polemic subject if you are very slim and you want to learn how to sumo wrestling, I wish I can use emojis right now, that one with the rolling eyes. Ugh! see? I’m always thinking and doing 2 or 5 things at the same time (annoyed emoji here)
The thing is that I am learning to play guitar, I always wanted to. Sadly, my parents were always working that they didn’t notice my profound love for arts, specifically for music. At least I could sing and carry my own voice instrument everywhere I go. But as soon as I could (2 months ago) turning 40, I promised to myself that I wont die without playing at least 1 song. For myself.
And luckily for you all, you won’t listen to my persistent guitar strumming making my left hand fingers get peeled and hardened by the metal strings. Yes, we have to learn whatever we can, from scratch. It hurts and bleed, it feels like you fail everytime you try, it doesn’t look like the master piece, you want to quit more than twice.
Just as life, correct? Just as each new thing we’ve started. A new boyfriend, a new class, a baby in your belly, the new job, the divorce, someone loved dying, changes in your body, etc. all of these hurts, peel and bleed.
I gotta go now. I need to practice, because I’ve learned 25 songs. I’m not a pro, it’ll take time, but my fingers don’t hurt anymore.
